The non-smoking room had cigarette smell. No conditioner, cotton bud or body lotion provided. The hotel refused to give you a receipt for my stay, but gave to my co-workers (I booked the hotel rooms for all of us). When I asked the front desk for a receipt, she said that I had to get it from the affiliate web site that I booked it through, I didn't get any receipt in the email. I showed one of the receipts that my co-worker got from the hotel. She grabbed it and threw it in the trash can with the comment that none of us should have had it. I asked the manager of the hotel if I could have the receipt in the trash can back because it wasn't mine. I borrowed from my co-worker. And, we needed it to get reimbursed from the company. She refused to give it back. I was very disappointed with these kinds of behaviors and the system that La Quinta has. I ended up had to send an email and make 5 phone calls before I can get a receipt. This's very inconvenient. And, I'll never stay there again, neither recommend anybody in my company to stay there.

03/04/2008The front desk friendly and efficient. room was clean and comfortable. complimentary breakfast was a good selection and tasty. overall stay was excellent and would have no problem staying again.
