  I arrived at the motel well after the check in time. I was told there were no rooms avaialble and I have to wait in the lobby until a room came availble !! That's really bad !

  The housekeeping staff was probably the best thing out of this entire stay. Where do I begin? The room was damp and when I say damp, the bed and linens were so damp when I got in the morning I was wet. The room had sort of a musty smell due to the dampness of the room. The room keys didn't work on numerous occasions so I had to keep getting them renewed. The parking was another thing, the lot was always full in the evening so you might have to park out front where you could not see your vehicle. I don't think I will ever stay at this location again. I hope the other Days Inn locations are not as bad as this one! I would think that this location would be tops since it is directly across from the airport in New Orleans!

  Our experience at this hotel was great! We have two children (ages 2 & 4) and found the hotel to be very clean and presentable. The site is directly across the street from NO airport and has a Denny's onsite. There is a very small pool available for one to cool off; although it was closed during our stay. Yes, this is an older hotel but you definitely get your money's worth and if you don't mind being outside of the tourist center, this is an absolutely great getaway.
